Supervision is vital to our ongoing development as practitioners.
It is easy to feel isolated and burdened doing 1-1 therapeutic work. Allowing our struggles to be heard, our efforts to be witnessed and our wins to be celebrated by another experienced practitioner is so supportive.
Most importantly, supervisors offer another perspective on our clients and our client relationships. All of us have blind spots and inevitably experience transference and countertransference in this work. A supervisor’s gaze can help to bring awareness to aspects of the client dynamic we may not have been able to see.
This work is for you if you are a coach or psycho-spiritual/ transformational practitioner.
Sessions can be held individually or in small group of peers.
